Important Information

  • You must allow sufficient time between scheduled tours to avoid missing them. We are not responsible for scheduling conflicts that arise because you schedule tours too close together. Allow 3 hours for a BigFoot tour and 2 hours for Duck, WildThing, and Ropes course tours.
  • Advance tickets are non-refundable, but never expire until used.
  • If you can't make your tour, you must call to reschedule at least 2 hours in advance.
  • Your tickets will be available for you to pick up at the main ticket window under your name. No tickets will be sent in the postal mail.
